Pokemon teased the ex Start Deck during the Japanese Champions League 2023 Niigata Livestream that is releasing in July 7, 2023 and each deck costs 550 yen each. We first got this information about it's existence back in January 2023;

Update 07-05-2023: The ex Start Decks got fully revealed.
Update 23-06-2023: The two 'secret' special Omakase ex Decks have been revealed. These are Dragonite ex and Greedent ex. These will also be sold seperately as regular ex Start Decks later.
Update 30-06-2023: All the cards have been revealed.
The Omakase ex Start Deck (omakase means random in Japanese) is a new product that gives you the opportunity to get 1 ex Start Deck randomly.
This product is also contains 2 secret ex decks that haven't been revealed yet, so you can randomly get 1 deck from a total of 10 decks.
More details will be revealed in the future. The product costs 550 yen.
ex Start Deck Starting From Here Battle Campaign
Participating stores will give out an original mini item case is given away for every two ex Start Deck and Omakase ex Start Deck products purchased. This original mini item case is just the right size for carrying damage counters and various (condition)markers.
