You can obtain this Raihan promo as a participation award at the Japanese Extra Battle Day tournaments that will be held at Pokémon Card Gym stores in Japan starting from January 1, 2024.
This Raihan promo is a Sword & Shield (alternate artwork) card reprint originally released during various Sword & Shield sets. You get this promo when you participate in this tournament.
You can also get expanded cards in a special Extra Battle Day Promo Card Pack that includes 1 card out of 12 cards Tapu Lele GX, Sky Field, Dragonite EX, Wobbuffet, Garbodor, Trainer's Mail, VS Seeker, Battle Compressor, Float Stone, Wally, Double Dragon Energy & Silent Lab.
These promo packs will be distributed as prizes.
