Now Pokemon Center USA and Canada have made the Pokemon Together Promos available outside this campaign for the USA and Canada.
These promos are made available in special bundles at Pokemon Center. For now they have revealed the A Galar Get-Together Bundle, A World of Fun Bundle, Kanto Compadres Bundle, Pin Pals Bundle. Academy Amigos Bundle and Having a Poké Ball Bundle. Available at Pokemon Center (USA & Canada only).
All the bundles are shown below in the article. There may be more bundles in the future.
Update: More and more new bundles are showing up at Pokemon Center. We will try to cover them here, but at some point, we might stop updating this article for every new bundle since there are just too many combinations that can be used by Pokemon Center. We suggest checking the website yourself.

Original Story
TPCi has revealed a new campaign called Poké Post. This will run for a limited time in the UK, France and Germany. You can visit a Poké Post mailing office to receive a special Pokémon Trading Card Game gift, and one to send to a friend via postcard.
If you visit a Poké Post Mailing Office at specific locations, you will get a free Pokémon Trading Card Game and Pokémon Together promo card, and one to post on-site to a friend.
Simply address your envelope at their counter, and in return, you'll get a gift pack to take home. Also don't miss the chance to snap some fun photos in the designated areas and meet Pikachu or Eevee at specific times during the day.
