Scarlet & Violet - Prismatic Evolutions Special Set Officially Revealed

The Pokemon Company International revealed our upcoming Special Set that earlier was being referred to as Scarlet & Violet 8.5, now named Scarlet & Violet - Prismatic Evolutions.

This set is based off the Japanese High Class Pack Scarlet & Violet Terastal Festival which releases next month in December. We now have product images and the first set information.

All 8 Eeveelutions are getting an ex card as a Stellar Tera Pokémon ex and this set releases on January 17, 2025. Prismatic Evolutions booster packs will not be sold in traditional Booster boxes, so look for them in specialty products.

Something noteworthy and new for this set: The press release mentions that 2 sets of premium parallel cards will appear in Scarlet & Violet Prismatic Evolutions, featuring either a Poké Ball or Master Ball etched in the card background. Likely similar to the Japanese 151 set, this is yet to be confirmed.
