Pokemon TCG: Rival Battle Deck Marnie / Steven Revealed

Something interesting and exciting is happening, TPCi revealed the Rival Battle Deck with versions of Marnie or Steven. These decks will be available for release on May 16, 2025. This product got listed for $14.99 USD. We have not confirmed it's MSRP yet so we will confirm this later.

These two decks originate from the Japanese Scarlet & Violet Starter Set ex Marnie's Morpeko & Grimmsnarl ex / Steven's Beldum & Metagross ex that released last week, in Japan.

This release is very interesting because usually TPCi does not match Japan in terms of starter decks/sets, usually these are either distributed in a full set with all the other ex cards, or in a special collection box, but usually not in a full 60-card deck like this. Interestingly enough, some of these cards appear to be present in the upcoming SV10 set regardless looking at the card number and set abbreviation on some of the cards.

Each ex Battle Deck contains a pre-built 60-card deck and includes 2 ex cards. These decks include many of Marnie's or Steven's Pokemon as seen from the Japanese Starter set. The set lists are in the image gallery.

Also included aside the ex cards, are Illustration Rare style promos of Marnie's Morpeko & Steven's Beldum, just like Japan. Also something never before seen for a deck product like this.
