Following from the Stylish Lillie playmat, A second Pokemon Masters EX is collaboration with Pokemon Card Game to give away another special Arc Suit Sync Pairs Playmat playmat. 

This playmat will be distributed via a lottery system, with only 5000 playmats to be given away. The campaign period is from March 14, 2025 12:00 JST to March 28, 2025 23:59 JST.

More info will come soon. No mention or announcement yet for this specific campaign to be held outside of Japan.
