Arceus & Dialga & Palkia GX and Togepi & Cleffa & Igglybuff GX revealed from Cosmic Eclipse during Worlds 2019 livestream. This card will release in our November set Cosmic Eclipse. In Japan these new Tag Team cards will likely be featured in Alter Genesis next month. Arceus & Dialga & Palkia GX has been confirmed to be in the set of Alter Genesis. It's yet unknown Togepi & Cleffa & Igglybuff GX will be included in SM12 Alter Genesis for Japan.
Also Pokémon V cards have been partially revealed from Pokemon TCG Sword & Shield. Starting with the cover stars for Sword & Shield Legendary Pokemon Zacian V and Zamazenta V. The successor to GX attacks mechanic will be called V MAX. It's yet unknown what effects it does.
Zamazenta V card is numbered 139/202. That will mean Pokemon TCG Sword & Shield will feature 202 cards in the main set, excluding secret rares. Also a blacked out V card has been teased with 330HP from the trailer. It's currently unknown if that is Zamazenta or Zacian.

Sword & Shield TCG included the Japanese set regulation symbols. It's part of Block D, which starts with Sword & Shield TCG. This will play a huge part of future format rotation. Block C is Team Up - (end of Sun & Moon TCG set). This could be concept art and could still change.
Explanation:
In Japan, where these cards originated from, they are straight reprints from their respective set. They work with symbols;
- Block A = Sun & Moon base to Crimson Invasion
- Block B = Ultra Prism to Lost Thunder
- Block C = Team Up to Final S&M set
- Block D = Sword & Shield TCG to future SwSh TCG sets

This will be 2020 feb1st so they are no gx on v and the hp will be 330 hp.
