You can obtain Acro Bike, Escape Board and Fiery Flint at your Pokémon League by just joining a regular League session. You can also win League promo's of Professor Elm's Lecture (1st to 4th Place) at League Challenges and get a Cherish Ball promo by participating at League Cups and win a Champion Playmat featuring either Blastoise & Piplup or Togepi & Cleffa & Igglybuff.
